Collective housing often risks becoming repetitive, with stacked floors and standardized layouts that function but rarely inspire. At YMY Residence, the design followed a different principle: belonging.
The geometry opens to light and rhythm. Façades use alternating colors and depths to create identity, while terraces extend the apartments into the city. Interiors follow the same care for balance, with calm proportions, natural light, and materials chosen for timeless comfort.
YMY Residence was imagined not as a block of units but as a framework for community. A place where circulation, orientation, and atmosphere shape everyday life as much as walls and windows.
Because good collective housing is not about repetition. It is about resonance.

11,000 sqm
Industrial buildings are often treated as machines. Eficient, rigid, stripped of character.
In our vision, a bakery factory is more than production lines and logistics. It is a place where precision meets rhythm, where clarity of flow defines both process and space.
At 11,000 sqm, this bakery facility was designed with the same principles we apply to cultural or residential projects: natural light wherever possible, circulation that feels intuitive, proportions that create balance. Efficiency was the requirement. Endurance was the goal.
Because architecture, even at this scale, is not only about how it works. It is about how it lasts.

Abandoned industrial platforms are not just leftover structures.
They're unused potential. And we've ignored them long enough in the last decades. In cities across Europe, conversion proved it can do more than rescue buildings, it can reset entire neighbourhoods.
It can turn what's forgotten into something people return to.
Reactivating these spaces isn't about nostalgia.
It's about giving identity back to places that still matter.
We no longer live in a city where work, home, and leisure belong in separate zones. Life is layered and cities should be too.
In the Jiu Valley, there's a real chance to shift from decline to direction.
But it won't happen by starting over. It will happen only by building with what's already there. Because cities are not blank slates, they're palimpsests.
And when architecture treats them as such, astonishing ideas come back to life.

This facility was designed with efficiency and precision in mind two qualities at the core of pharmaceutical production.
With over 8500 sqm of built area, the project integrates large-scale production halls, logistics zones with direct truck access, and administrative offices into a single, coherent volume.
The façade is simple and functional, reflecting the industrial purpose, while the spatial layout ensures smooth circulation between manufacturing, storage, and distribution.
Every line of the building follows function from the modular bays that allow scalability, to the alignment of loading docks that optimize logistics.
